If you have booked a private event or an open class, you must pay 50% of the total cost in advance. If for any reason you must cancel the event with or without prior notice the 50% advance payment will NOT be refunded. You may receive a 25% credit towards your next event. Please understand that for events involving food, we must prepare in advance. Therefore, there are no exceptions to this policy. You must either sign your contract with HCG prior to the event or give oral consent over the phone by providing your credit card number to us to book a date. Previously attended classes are not refundable.
If you cancel an “open event” reservation, you may receive a 50% credit toward your next event (given the timing and circumstance of your cancellation). Please understand that this is a small scale food enterprise and not a big corporation.
If you book a birthday party at a pre-negotiated rate and the party extends beyond the initial time due to your or your guests’ late arrival, or if you add guests last minute, we will accommodate you but reserve the right to adjust the price commensurate to the service.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. If you have a gift certificate please schedule your class a minimum of two weeks in advance. Please bring your gift certificate to class or you will be asked for another form of payment. Please present certificate at the beginning of the class.
Our staff works very hard to make this a pleasant experience for kids and adults. Gratuity is welcome and appreciated. We charge a 15% for parties of 6 and more and accept 20% for excellent service.
